I am a registered Social Worker with over ten years of experience in helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, coping skills, domestic violence, suicidal ideation, chronic health issues, parenting, and codependency relationships. I am solution-focused and can offer both short and long-term counselling support. I am trained in ASIST, CBT, and Triple-P.

In addition, I am a born-again Christian and can offer Christian counselling, family and marriage counselling.
